Jillian Pyatte (she/her) serves as the Director of Programs and Operations for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Bluegrass, overseeing the House, Family Room and volunteer programs. Before joining the Ronald McDonald House in 2018, Jillian worked in Student Affairs at the University of Kentucky, Georgia Tech and Appalachian State University. She has her Master’s degree in College Student Development and Bachelor’s in Organizational Communication, both from Appalachian State University in North Carolina. Jillian is passionate about serving families, empowering staff, ensuring access to food and creating inclusive environments. She spends her personal time reading, playing board games, watching reality TV and hanging out with her husband and two rescue dogs.
